Q: How early I should make online booking?

A: We adviced 6 hours before journey start. If you decide later, please give us a call.

Q: How do I pay?

A: At STS Airport Cars our aim is to offer flexibility and convenience. You can choose to pay the driver in the traditional manner or PayPal. ( Note: You don't need PayPal account to pay.)

Q: Are there charges if my flight is delayed?

A: STS London Airport Tranfers operate a flight monitoring service. So if your flight's delayed your driver will know and arrive at the right time, Saving you charges for flight delays. With up to 45 min free waiting time

Q: Where do I meet my driver when I land at the airport?

A: Your driver will contact you on route to the airport to make arrangements to meet you at a convenient location and assist you with your luggage.

Q: Do you operate a fixed price policy?

A: Yes, all our airport cars can be booked online with an upfront fixed fee. There is also a discount for membership in which you will receive every 10th journey free.

Q: Are your prices per car or per person?

A: All prices quoted by London Airport Transfers are always per car, so if there's a group of you it enables you to share the cost.

Q: How early do I need to book my car?

A: All online bookings should be made 6 hours in advance. For immediate bookings please call us on (+44) 0208 665 4765 to confirm availability.

Q: Do I get email confirmation

A: Yes, all your travel details will be confirmed by email.

Q: Is there a charge for child seat?

A: Child seat is free to use. Please make sure you mention the child age on the reservation
